What I Do

Three Things. Done Well.

Remote operations management covering the work most exhibitors never get ahead of.

01

Cost Control

I review your show-service orders for overcharges, duplicates, and missed early-bird discounts. Most exhibitors overpay without knowing it. I find where the money went.

02

Deadline & Vendor Management

One timeline. One point of contact for your booth builder, AV, freight, and rentals. Every deadline tracked and confirmed in writing — before it becomes a problem on the floor.

03

Show-Ready Execution

Freight, lead capture, and staff briefings are confirmed before you arrive. I'm on call through show close. Your team walks in ready — not scrambling.

Who It's For

Built for Teams Without a Dedicated Events Person

If any of these sound familiar, we should talk.

Marketing teams doing 2–8 shows a year

You exhibit regularly but don't have someone whose full job is managing show operations. That gap shows up on the floor.

First-time exhibitors

Never exhibited before? I'll build the entire operational plan from scratch so you don't learn the expensive lessons at your first show.

Teams that had a rough last show

Late freight, scrambled vendors, staff that wasn't prepped. You know what went wrong. I build the system that stops it from happening again.

Companies overpaying for show services

Most exhibitors miss early-bird deadlines or order duplicate services without realizing it. A cost review often pays for itself in savings alone.

Common Questions

Questions Worth Asking

How does remote support work if something goes wrong on the show floor?

Most show-floor problems are preventable with proper pre-show planning — which is exactly what I focus on. For issues that do arise during the show, I'm available by phone and email throughout. I can coordinate directly with vendors, contact show management, and guide your team through solutions in real time.

Who pays vendors and signs contracts?

You do. I coordinate, communicate, and manage the relationships — but all vendor contracts and payments go through you. Vendor costs are always passed through at cost with no markup. My fee covers my time and coordination, nothing else.

What's outside your scope?

I handle operational coordination — timelines, vendors, logistics, staff prep, lead capture setup, cost review. I don't design booths, create marketing materials, or do on-site physical work. I also don't guarantee specific business outcomes like leads generated — those depend on your team and product. What I guarantee is that the operational details are tracked, confirmed, and managed.

What happens if a vendor misses a deadline?

That's exactly what I'm here to catch early. Every vendor commitment goes into the master timeline with a confirmation date. If a vendor is running late, I escalate immediately — contacting them directly, identifying backup options, and keeping you informed. The earlier a problem is caught, the more options you have.

Do you work with first-time exhibitors?

Yes — and first-time exhibitors are often where the operational gaps are biggest. I'll walk you through exactly what needs to happen, in what order, and by when. You don't need to know the process. That's what you're hiring me for.
